Keeper Rules

  • Keeper or immediate family must be physically present at all Keeper access. (Not transferable)

  • All access must be booked in Booking Software. Unauthorized or “walk-up” visits are prohibited.

  • Fees charged through the Keeper booking system cover GLLPS’ estimated direct expenses. Additional access - and access where Keeper is not present is available at retail rates.

  • Keeper is expected to take their own boat or privately arrange transportation. Email GLLPS for assistance with transport. Keepers will be expected to abide by all House Rules.

  • Keepers will be given a distinct keycode for the SmartLock. Keeper should keep their code private.

  • FAQ’s and instructional videos will be posted to this page, which is linked in your booking confirmation email. Use this page as a reference.

Types of Keeper Access

  • Types of Keeper Access are defined primarily by group sizes. All access must be booked online via the link above.

  • Keeper Picnic: Reserved 2-Hour Time Slot for Groups Up to 8. For family meals, personal tours, etc. Booked online at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Keeper Cocktail Evening: Reserved 4-Hour Slot for Groups Up to 20. For cocktail parties, larger family gatherings, etc. Booked online at least 5 days in advance.

  • Keeper Large Event: Reserved day or evening for Groups up to 60. Birthday Party, Wedding Reception, etc. Reserved for full-day & evening to allow set-up and preparation. Booked online at least one month in advance.

  • Keeper Overnight: Overnight stay at the lighthouse. Groups of up to 6. Booked online at least two weeks in advance.
